We process: name, email, company, ticket status, chat display name, and coarse analytics (joins, peak viewers).

Lawful bases: contract (hosting your space), legitimate interest (security, abuse), and consent (newsletters).

Attendees may unsubscribe from mail. Companies may export or delete their registrant lists from admin.

Hosting is in Johannesburg (xneelo jnb1). Mail is sent via Domains.co.za mailboxes. PayFast processes card payments.
