These terms apply to 50.co.za, operated from Johannesburg on the existing Nico Hosting VPS.

A company space is a licence to use a path (for example 50.co.za/WitsPlus), the studio chrome, and the registration tools for the plan you pay for. You remain responsible for the content of your streams, chat moderation, and the lawful basis for collecting attendee details.

Sample is a 14-day evaluation. Starter, Studio and Campus are monthly. Ticket money is collected by PayFast in your merchant account. 50’s platform fee on ticketed plans is 6% of ticket face value, excluding PayFast’s own fee.

We may suspend a space that streams unlawful content, harasses attendees, or attempts to use the platform as a general video host. You may export registrant lists from admin before closing a space.

South African law applies. Disputes are subject to the courts of Gauteng.
